Where are your services located?

We are located at: 140 S Arthur St, Suite 665, Spokane, WA 99202
- There is more than enough parking available as well.
What are the available Office hours for services?

Currently we offer service on Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- We will be expanding to other days beginning in January, 2027.
What are the fees and structure?

The 15-minute initial phone consultation is free.
60-90 min Initial Appointment (Diagnostic Interview): $450
25 min Individual Medication Management Appointment only: $225
- Most common if you already have a therapist!45 min Individualized Therapy Appointment: $200
45 min Therapy + medication management: $425
- Second most common if someone does not have a therapist.
Please Note: important electronic forms (ie. HIPAA/Privacy) must be filled out before the initial appointment so I can see you legally. If they are not filled out 24 hours before your initial appointment, the appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled until these forms are filled out. (If you are like me, initial forms feel very annoying, but they are limited to just the start of this process.) Thanks in advance for your patience/understanding.
I am currently not contracted with any health insurance companies, and I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can however provide you with a comprehensive “superbill” with the required information to submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement. Please contact your health insurance carrier directly to find out more about your out-of-network benefits.
You are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate detailing the anticipated cost of your medical care. Learn more here.
Do you take insurance?

I am in process to be contracted with Premera and Regence/Asuris. Once established billing can be directed to them with service codes and established diagnosis.
What can I expect when getting started?

After you contact me we will have a 15-min (free) phone consultation to determine if meeting with me makes sense based on your current needs. If that is the case, we will schedule a 60-90 minute initial appointment to begin an assessment of your present symptoms. This diagnostic evaluation can take 2-3 sessions.
I will subsequently provide you with feedback and treatment recommendations and we may then decide to start a course of treatment as you desire.
